At NÓRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
